Grading
1. When Brussel Sprouts have been harvested, they are brought to the pack house and sprouts are unloaded into a hopper.
2. The Brussel Sprouts come up from the hopper and then through a pre-wash.
3. They are then graded, any rotten, damaged or discoloured are discarded.
4. They then go into a holding hopper before they go through a hydro cooler.
5. After they are hydro cooled, the Brussel sprouts are sized and packed into required containers.
6. Our Brussel Sprouts are then dispatched to all Brussel Sprout lovers across the nation.
