Brussel Sprouts and Almonds
INGREDIENTS:
15 Thinly sliced Brussel Sprouts
¼ of cup of roasted sliced almonds
½ tsp crushed garlic
Butter for frying
METHOD
Heat pan and add butter. When butter has melted add the garlic and sprouts.
Fry for approx 7mins or until the sprouts start to brown.
Add almonds toss through then serve
